PolkaDot ....

My JRT, PolkaDot, flew all the way from the United States of America to this little island country of Japan. When she first arrived, no one knew what she was .... many people still give a "look" when I say, "This is a Jack Russell Terrier." A day doesn't go by without someone asking me how many "months" old she is.

PolkaDot is the cutest thing I've ever encountered. She comes second on my list, next to my horse, "Where is Charlie."

Even though she has done a lot of damage to my home since her arrival, I cannot think of my days without her. She is there when I am happy or sad. She looks worried when I get upset. Maybe she is just pretending, but she does look sincere. Today, she is the most important companion I have.     -- annabell@iijnet.po.or.jp
